The Brain Based Core Program is an 8-week online conversation about chronic pain, health, and the choices that shape how the brain and body function together. This program is not treatment, therapy, or a set of instructions—it is a foundation. It is designed for those who are ready to question conventional narratives, engage actively in their health, and explore integrative change with curiosity and courage.
This program is the required starting point before accessing individual services.
What This Program Is
The Core Program is a guided educational experience rooted in neuroplasticity, integrative health, and lived experience. Each session is designed to connect the dots between pain, movement, nutrition, the nervous system, emotional health, and daily habits—without protocols, prescriptions, or rigid rules.
You will not be told what to do.
You will be given information, context, and space to decide what matters to you.
